This is an online video consultation via zoom. This consultation is 20 minutes and will consist of helping with measurements and styling options. Please have pictures and questions ready as the time goes by fast. 
a time is scheduled once you purchase to meet the needs of the customer and the wig consultant. 
There will be no makeup times for missed appointments. No refunds for missed appointments.
